As discussed with you and Diana the 3D interpolation does not work together with the Live Wire tool. As it is such a handy tool (and we prefer it for the manual segmentation) it would be nice if one could combine it with the 3D interpolation (which reduces the workload a lot).

LiveWire tool now writes a list of contours. Due to that also a list of contours
is added to the 3D interpolation. Thus a recomputation after each contour can be avoided
