A MITK user proposed to improve the source grouping on the mailing list:

Hello,

I made some modifications to the CMake files so the headers would be
correctly found and added to the source groups. Please find the modified
files attached.
I think it would make sense to integrate these changes - it's very
unlikely this would break anything, but this is up to you guys.
