only happens sometimes but reproducible. to reproduce simply click "Mask" button over and over again until the magic happens.

wrong qt event treatment.

Reproduction is simple:

Press mouse on "Mask" button --> Mask is created before the mouse button is released
Hold mouse button down and leave or enter the "Mask" button region --> Each time a Mask is created
Once the Mouse button is released, mask creation mode is over
