When loading image A and B and creating a segmentation for each, a warning appears when selecting image A and segmentation B in the segmentation tab:
"The selected segmentation does not match with the selected patient image"

Performing a Reinit on image B cancels the warning and the segmentation buttons become active.

The user can now use the segmentation utilities with image A and segmentation B selected, this is undesired behaviour.
