DICOM import terminates with FileReaderException

Description

The reading step of the DICOM import fails with

Could not create IO object for file <PATH>/name.IMA
Tried to create one of the following:

  NiftiImageIO
  NrrdImageIO
  GiplImageIO
  JPEGImageIO
  GDCMImageIO
  BMPImageIO
  LSMImageIO
  PNGImageIO
  TIFFImageIO
  VTKImageIO
  StimulateImageIO
  BioRadImageIO
  MetaImageIO
You probably failed to set a file suffix, or
  set the suffix to an unsupported type.

Also DICOM files without suffix are affected!!!

Could not verify on the nightly build from releases/2014-10
The import works as expected there.

It also works on a fresh release build from the current releases/Diffusion-2014-10 HEAD. So possibly some strange configuration on the deployment machine for the previous installer.

Will verify on the build package after it is ready. Reducing severity.
