Removing a measurement performs a global reinit

Description

When a measurement is removed a global reinit is performed. So if multiple images are opened, a reinit is necessary after removing a measurement in the current image to go on working on that image.

Maybe removing a measurement should only perform a reinit (not global reinit) to make working with measurements more user friendly.
