Disable USE_EXPERIMENTAL_COMMAND_CONTRIBUTIONS in QmitkExtWorkbenchWindowAdvisor

Description

At least for the bugfix release 2015.05.2 we should disable the command framework, which is not yet fully functional, especially regarding the adding of menu entries and preference pages.
Therefor we could simply set the USE_EXPERIMENTAL_COMMAND_CONTRIBUTIONS flag in the QmitkExtWorkbenchWindowAdvisor to false and switch back to the original behaviour.
