Direction of crosshair orientation decoration
Closed, WontfixPublic

Description

when choosing stdmulti.widget[123]`s property "Crosshair.Orientation Decoration" (aliased to "decoration") to paint an arrow of direction, the rendered arrow points in the IMHO wrong direction for coronal (blue) and axial (red) plane, while it is rendered correctly for sagittal (green) plane.

As of 2016-08-03 it is unclear to me which way it should be painted:

-ascending index coordinates,
-ascending world coordinates,
-descending *,
-mouse-wheely,
-LPS : point left, back, up;
RAS : point right, front, up;
etc.?

Needs disscusion or guidance.

Event Timeline

In Developer Mode -> DataManager -> stdmulti.widget[13] -> details => negative Normal vector ( who, how, what, why, wtf does this ? ), while stdmulti.widget2 => positive Normal vector. This matches this bug.
