The Persistence Service forces the debug flag, meaning MITK_DEBUG text is always produced.

This means that any command line application, that relies on the CTK CLI code, and also causes the Persistence module to be loaded, will produce this debug output in addition to any xml. So the xml that the CL app produces will be deemed invalid.
