Blueberry examples are not working on Mac OS X

Description

If you start the BlueBerryExamplesLauncher nothing is shown in the dialog, i.e. you cannot select any examples.
The reason for that is that the path to the .provisioning files of the examples is wrong in case of OS X systems.
