Maximum value for spinboxes in PropertiesView is limited to 99

Description

In some cases you want to specify values bigger than that.
e.g. ScalarsRangeMaximum or ScalarsRangeMinimum for scalar array visualization for surfaces.

Changing the max. value for certain properties in QmitkPropertyItemDelegate works but I guess there is a better solution ;)
