Description

Current status:
When opening the MITK DICOM browser, the progress dialog pops up, stating "Initialization..." and stays open. This is due to a change in QT 5.5, where the QProgressDialog was redesigned to be opened at creation.

Preferred status:
The progress dialog should only be visible after selecting the file(s) to import.
