ContourModelSet rendering does not work with non-orthogonal axes visualization

Description

Currently, the rendering of ContourModelSets (e.g. RTSTRUCT) is implemented so that it only works with orthogonal axes. As soon as one applies a MPR visualization (e.g. with crosshair rotation), the rendering is erroneous as orthogonal axes are a precondition currently (display only that ContourModelSets that are visible).
If MPR visualization should be coupled with ContourModelSet visualization, one has to change the current implementation.
