Crash MatchPoint Registration Manipulator when starting a new registrations.

Description

In cases where the manipulator is used the generate a new registration and initialization vector (unequal to 0) is generated, the plugin crashes with a null ptr exception.

Are the MatchPoint plugins planned to be in the release?
If so, it's time to update (or create) the plugin checklists.

Cannot reproduce the problem anymore. ... Maybe I have fixed it by accident when I worked on the manipulator the last time.

@hentsch : Yes you are right. Checklists will be a todo for the release.
