Can not build doc_usersguide in MITK project

Description

Using VisualStudio 2015 for Windows, trying to build doc_usersguide leads to an error:
"Tag file `(null)' does not exist or is not a file. Skipping it... doc_usersguide D:\BranchSept\mitk-build\MITK-build\Documentation\CUSTOMBUILD 1"
and a corresponding warning:
"tag INPUT: input source `D:/BranchSept/mitk/Documentation/Doxygen/UserManual/' does not exist doc_usersguide D:\BranchSept\mitk-build\MITK-build\Documentation\CUSTOMBUILD 1"
Looking at the warning's path, it seems that "UserManual" has been renamed to "2-UserManual".

Changing the directory name removes only the warning, the error seems to be independent.
