In the OS Windows, the console log window is always in the background of the workbench. Thus, logging messages are usually neglected or ignored as they are not seen by developers.
I saw it multiple times that developers moved their log window to a different monitor in order to simultaneously use the workbench and to observe the logging messages.
A good solution would be to count the monitors and if two or more monitors are present, to automatically move the log window to the second monitor.
This task is only for OS windows.
