So far, that's what I know:

... I am a postdoc working at UC Davis and used free water elimination code from Christain Weber. I attempt to apply free water code to rats, but error message showed segmentation fault at the first stage of load images via itk::ImageIOFactory. So, I contacted Christain Weber, but his email is not exit. ...
