Coupled crosshair rotation out-of-view bug

Description

After crosshair rotation the cross sections move out of sight of the window and cannot be moved back to center.
Reproducible with the whole body ct dataset: E132-Projekte/Projects/BlackSwan/data/BlackSwanCT/dicom

Seems to be very odd, since the coronal view is not at the crosshair position anymore but somewhere completely different.
@kislinsk is this somehow related to the image slicer issues?
