ItkImageIOTest: Missing tests for reading nrrd data with time geometry

Description

Status: We have no tests that check the correct loading of the data stored in MITK-Data/3D+t-ITKIO-TestData. Correct loading includes the correct time geometry. All tests we have so far only check loading implicitly and don't care if the data is correctly read, but only if it can be read at all.
