Provide mapper functionality using CppMicroServices

Description

Task to get away from the mostly deprecated CoreObjectFactory.

Mapper objects shall be registered as services and consumed using the CppMicroServices library.
The implementation can in part be similar to the IO (reader / writer) structure.
