Dear MITK-Team,

I'm working with the latest 2018 release on ubuntu.

The following bug needs to be fixed:
All multilabel segmentation tools (except for "add" and "substract") are only available in the 0th time step, when working on 3d+t (probably also 2d+t) images.

Reconstruct this bug:

1. open MITK 2018 release
2. load 3d+t segmentation maps (e.g. E130-Personal/Full/2018/MITKbugs/multilabel3dt/Pred_4d_pat_2452353_study_73.nii.gz)
3. concert image to segmentation
4. move to any time step except for the 0th
5. try to use "erase" or any other tool except for "add" and "substract"
