[Image Cropper] Missing dialog after pressing new button

Description

After selecting a loaded image and pressing the new button in the Image Cropper plugin a dialog should appear, but doesn´t.
tested on Pic3D.nrrd and brain.nrrd
tested on Windows 10

It was not a bug, it was an intended feature. Changed checklist accordingly.
