No ctk widgets are loaded dynamically in the command line module plugin. This results from a recently created flag that disables building QT designer plugins in the super build. Although those plugins are not widely used, they are needed in CTK. The flag should be set to TRUE ( = build the plugins) by default for CTK and QWT. In the future it would be a nice-to-have to set a general designer CMAKE flag that can be set in the superbuild.
