Description

Workbench crashes when I load US4DCyl and select it in the image node selector (no algorithm loaded). Same with 3D+t-Heart

Seems like void QmitkAbstractNodeSelectionWidget::SetCurrentInternalSelection(NodeList selectedNodes) wants to remove node observer (but no node has been set before / added as observer)?!
