StateMachineEditor is not working properly anymore with relocated StateMachine.xml

Description

When loading the file StateMachine.xml from its new folder location

\mitk-trunk\mitk\CoreUI\Bundles\org.mitk.gui.qt.common\resources\

into the Eclipse StateMachineEditor, the events and actions are only displayed as numbers.

When copying the file

mitkEventAndActionConstants.xml

into the same folder, everything works as before.

Moved the file to the \source\mitk\CoreUI\Bundles\org.mitk.gui.qt.common\resources folder in Rev. 19663. This should fix the problem.
