This was already an issue with the new CDash script on both Linux and macOS. Now there seems to be a similar problem on Linux (Ubuntu 18.04) only in the eMITK Differential configuration, which does not work when the extension dir is ../eMITK. We also should make missing build configurations an actual error instead of silently falling back to Custom.
