[Segmentation] 3D Region Growing preview does not show a binary mask in Windows Installer

Description

Not sure whether this is intended, but shouldn't the preview be the binary version of the desired segmentation?

I realized after using the crosshair that this is probably related to the rendering bug, because it changes to binary/green when I move it. Well, actually it flickers.....

Watershed tool also has very weird rendering flickers, whenever there is more than one image visible in the 2D view. Whenever the rendering bug is solved, the segmentation tools should be checked again.
