When "Lock All" is clicked on a label, the user is not able to unlock single labels. The complete lock can only be reversed by "Unlock All"

Desired behavior:

• Pressing the icon "lock/unlock" should allow segmenting the label again
• Icons in the label table should probably somehow react on "Unlock/Lock all"

Questions:

• What would be a good indication to see whether all labels are locked?
• Is it unintuitive to have all labels locked in the icon table but still be able to segment? Would it be better to always unlock the segmentation that I have selected? (This would probably cause some confusion in case of what should happen if I deselect it again)
