Support outlines of binary images in 3-d render windows

Description

When a binary image is drawn as outlines in 2-d render windows, it is still shown as area in 3-d render windows.

Request for Discussion: Do we want that feature for a legacy image format? Related: There seems to be no 3-d mapper for LabelSetImages at all.
