As discussed in {T28958} new CEST data cannot be loaded correctly.

After verifying with Philip we found out that they rely on a simple string serach to find the required CEST paramters (based on the current revision .json-file).
Instead of hunting the correct DICOM tag or finding out why the structure of the provided DICOM data has changed, we will implement a classic string search on the given input .dcm-file.
