Currently, model/tasks listed as requiring a license is not supported in MITK.
However, the Totalsegmentator tool can be extended to cover licensed tasks as well.
This would call for the user to enter their private key and activate licensed tasks in the backend.

The option to enter private key can be introduced in the Preferences page.
