Description

MedSAM2 can be 3D alternate for existing 2D SAM & MedSAM tools in MITK.

Interaction pattern: bound box.

Given the existing daemon-based, MedSAM2 backend integration should be straightforward.
The python agent would need updation along with MITK tool UI in MITK.
