I segmented multiple structures, then added a new segmentation that was initialized by a threshold (rightclick on image, select Threshold). I adjusted the threshold to select the whole body.
Then I used the Fill tool to fill some holes where air was in the bowels. After multiple clicks on one slice, the application crashed!
