Image cropper does not handle orientations correctly

Description

When cropping an MR image (with orientation), the cropped image is gets a wrong position. This can easily be seen when reopening the original image (see attached screenshot). The original image is G:\lpic\MR\Knee\KurzBodoPraeOp\Orig\reform.transv.pic.gz

It works for me too, sometimes. But did you check this image I attached? I am not trying to scam anybody here...

The failure only occurs when selecting the Set border voxels to specific value after cropping.
