Allow importing different volumes contained in one DICOM folder

Description

diffusion dicom import should be extended to coupe with different volumes in one folder. special cases like diffusion datasets that belong together but have different series numbers should be handled with an optional checkbox "ignore series number". if this checkbox is activated, the user has to make sure that the folder contains only volumes belonging to one diffusion acquisition.

Partially a duplicate of T10148. The checkbox option to ignore the different series number is in place. Different volumes in one folder is not possible yet.

It is actually supposed to work if the volumes have different series UIDs.
I've tested it here and it worked fine. Can you send me some images that are not working correctly?

Sorry, didn't see that it is a diffusion DICOM images problem.
It does work only for regular DICOM data.
