If the Camboard cmake flag is checked without checking the CamCube flag, the mitkToFCameraPMDControllerStub is activated. The stub class and the mitkToFCameraPMDCamBoardController overwrite the same methods leading to linker errors.

Check the setting of the stub classes when the Camboard flag is activated.
