Fixed T27641 - Refactored watershed tool for correct handling of dynamic images/segmentations

Summary:
Removed wrong tooltip hint

Added AutoMLSegmentationWithPreviewTool

Eextracted and refactored redundant code for LabelSet generating tools.

Added SimpleLabelSetListWidget

Introduced the simple label list widget, to prevent redundant
code for tool UIs of tools that generate preview with multiple lables.
Also allow to show the color code of the preview, to improve usability.

Refactor Otsu tool and GUI to use AutoMLSegmentationWithPreviewTool and QmitkSimpleLabelSetListWidget

Reworked watershed tool.
