nnUNet in MITK
Summary:
T28068 nnUNet in MITK:
nnUNet python can only run on Ubuntu at the moment.
nnUNet on Windows is still an actively processed PR. Hence, can't be tested at the moment using MITK eventhough enabled.
nnUNet is blocked in MacOS since there is no nvidia gpu support.
Additional changes in AutoMLSegmentationWithPreviewTool, as well
I am up for doing a code walk through together with any of the reviewers.
User documentation and test plan is work-in-progress.
