Summary:
Add remote ITKGrowCut Module & build it by default

Fix Tab/Space Formatting

Add necessary Files and Link within CMake

Add custom mitkGrowCutSegmentationFilter

Add QmitkGrowCutToolGUI & Add Advanced Settings to include custom Neighborhood-Radius and DistancePenalty

Working Commit with Fore- and Background Seedpoints

Add Multilabel Segmentation support

Reset initial values on ToolActivation

Changed mitkGrowCutSegmentationFilter error message

Added class documentation

Change function to use workingData as seedimage

Remove unnecessary files/functions due to change of functionality

Add GrowCut-Icon

Add user manual documentation for the GrowCut-Segmentation tool

Disable Confirm-Segmentation button by default

Disable PreviewButton if less than two Labels are present
