IGTTracking: Trackingvolume is green instead of red in Windows / 32 bit

Description

This bug only appears under Windows 7 / 32 bit. Under 64 bit systems (linux & windows) the tracking volume is visualized in red as expected. But under Windows 7 / 32 bit it looks green. It's not clear whether this bug also occurs under linux 32 bit.

To reproduce this bug only activate the bundle IGTTracking and have a look at the 3D window. If you're using a 32 bit system it's green, otherwise red.

In the current branch bug-15963-IGTCodingBase2 there is also a strange color of the tracking volume in 64 bit.
