Using the rigid registration with loaded images and mask images is not possible. The GUI wants to have images with masks attached as childs to the image nodes.

We have discussed this to be a feature request but I forgot to set the flag.
The proposed solution is to add a combobox to the pluginview, in which the mask image can be chosen.
