Mouse movement limited when placing ROIs for Fiber Processing

Description

Using Win64-Diffusion Installer (24.09)

Steps to reproduce:

  • Load FiberBundle
  • Select fiber Processing Tab
  • Select a new planar figure
  • click on one of the axes in a 2D-view

-> Mouse-movements now are only able in the direction of the axis.

This bug occurs with or without visible crosshair.
