Filename is missing if you use Dicom manager to import data

Description

When you import data via the Dicom manager the filenames are missing. Not in the Datamanager but in Plugins which display "Reference Image:" like Measurement and Segmentation.

when a datanode is imported via the dicom plugin several properties are set,
except the name property of the datanode,
this branch fixes this by setting the name property to the patients name (if present)

Please describe how this is releated to MITK core, I cannot find this in your description.
