Dicom plugin shows wrong meta data of data

Description

Age collumn shows modality instead of age,
and subject id shows id on patient level, but on scan level text like "ABDOMEN",
the values for Number seem arbitrary.

occurs with PET, CT , MR/Diffusion images.

I can provide data to test this bug.

Solved the problem with reinit.
