Measurement Tools not working correctly when planes are rotated

Description

  • Load Pic3D
  • Rotate Transversal Plane 45° in sagital window
  • Rotate Transversal Plane 45° in coronal window
  • Try to create lines / circles in the edges of the axial plane window

When planes are rotated, it is not always possible to measure in the edge of the images.

A solution would be NOT to limit the measurement Interactions by Image / World geometry bounds. I do not think there are any disadvantages in doing so.

If the constraint is dropped, we must assure that the statistics view still works for planar figures partly/completely outside of an image.
