After changing the color property of the widget planes in data manager (via option show helper objects) the planes get drawn with the specified color in 2D and 3D. But the border around the views (red, green, blue, yellow) aren't drawn in the same color! This should be synchronized to show the relation between the views.
proposed solution:
Listen for a change of the properties and reset the border color by the color in the data node as well.
