Steps to reproduce:

• Load an Image
• Make an Region Growing (Not the region growing in the segmentation view, but the one in the region growing view)
• accept the region growing.
• Go to segmentation view
• press "new segmentation"
• select new created segmentation as active segmentation
• Press "Add"-Button
• Try to create a new segmentation

-> No segmentation is drawn, instead the position of all slices is changed. Therefore no new segmentation can be created.
