Peak extraction crashes when extracting Direction Images

Description

Steps to reproduce:

  • Load and select *.dti image
  • In "Peak Extraction" select "Direction Images"
  • Press "Start Tensor Principal Direction Extraction"

-> Crash

The crash is caused by the rendering. The image is produced and seems to be valid. After adding the image to the datamanager mitk crashes in a vtk method.
