Fiberfox crashes sometimes when using planar figures

Description

steps to reproduce:

  1. choose Fiber extraction view
  2. load fiber image
  3. draw planar figure
  4. close project
  5. repeat step 2 and 3 -> crash

I could repeatedly reproduce. Possibly some observer which is not correctly removed when closing the project.

Shorter way to reproduce

  1. open fiber extraction view
  2. close project
  3. load fiber datasets
  4. click the planar figure button --> immediate crash

Happens at 'AddFigureToDataStorage' call in

QmitkFiberExtractionView::OnDrawCircle()

It does not seem to crash anymore.
