Include mini apps and test driver in MITK Diffusion installer

Description

The diffusion mini apps have expanded to the point where they are a valuable tool to use for developers and end users alike. To take this into account and provide easy access to these tools they should be included in the binary release/installer.

The diffusion mini apps are already included in the installer, if build. After discussion with Sascha it seems to be preferable from a software architecture viewpoint to not include the tests in the installer and instead create a mini app to provide the same functionality.
